11t Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of the 11t platform in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 11t platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 11t platform.
The 11t platform is only open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and located in a region where use of such a platform is permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable to them.
By proceeding with registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. 11t reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.
2. Account Creation, Security & Account Policies
Registration & Account Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 11t platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to 11t.
Account Suspension & Closure
11t reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time in cases of: fraud or misrepresentation during registration, breach of terms of use, suspicious or unlawful activity, bonus or promotion abuse, or where you no longer meet the applicable age or regional eligibility requirements. In the event of account closure due to fraud, any credit balance in the account may not be refunded.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 11t platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and must not engage in any activity that could compromise the safety, integrity, or operation of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to 11t systems
- Using another person's account or sharing your account with a third party
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law
- Abusing the bonus, promotion, or rewards system in a manner contrary to its intended purpose
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as potential legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
4. Payment Information, Transactions & Liability Limits
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 11t platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. The use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically processed instantly, depending on the payment method selected. For withdrawals, processing times may vary based on the chosen method and account verification requirements. 11t reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal request.
Limitation of Liability
11t shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures beyond our control, third-party actions, or use of the platform that does not comply with these terms. 11t's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 11t makes no warranties as to its fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 11t platform are the exclusive property of 11t or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 11t.
Third-Party Links
The 11t platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 11t is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
11t reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising will be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
